Luwi Camp
Luwi Bush Camp is a secluded, seasonal safari retreat in Zambia's South Luangwa National Park, offering a remote wilderness experience. Situated beneath a canopy of mahogany trees near a permanent lagoon teeming with hippos and crocodiles, the camp comprises four thatched chalets constructed from natural materials, each featuring open-air en-suite bathrooms and polished mud floors. The camp's remote location makes it ideal for Zambia's renowned walking safaris led by expert guides, allowing guests to track wildlife such as lions, wild dogs, and the elusive roan antelope on foot. A nearby wildlife hide offers close-up views of animals visiting the lagoon. Evenings are spent dining under the stars, with the sounds of the African night providing a natural soundtrack. Luwi Bush Camp provides a rustic yet comfortable base for travelers seeking an immersive and off-the-grid safari adventure.
