Chamilandu Bushcamp
Chamilandu Bushcamp is an intimate safari retreat in Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park. Perched on the banks of the Luangwa River beneath a canopy of ebony trees, the camp features just three open-fronted, stilted treehouse chalets, offering panoramic views of the river and Chindeni Hills. Each chalet includes en-suite facilities with twin showers and private verandas, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the surrounding wilderness. The camp’s main area comprises a thatched dining space, lounge, and bar, all designed to blend seamlessly with the natural environment. Guests can enjoy expertly guided walking safaris, day and night game drives, and birdwatching, exploring diverse habitats teeming with wildlife, including elephants, leopards, lions, and over 400 bird species.
